Developing negotiation competencies with the participants of the 2019 UdG MBA. During the workshop we have practiced the judo kumi kata (graping) incorporating what we have learned with different adversaries into the offer and counteroffer in the negotiation process. Creating trust among negotiators and learning as much as possible about our and their strengths and weaknesess.

Being able to respond quickly to the information provided, like in a judo contest.
